Handmade, machine made, well made?
Many people ask us the real difference between handmade and machine made rugs. The answer is that a good quality handmade rug, if well maintained, will look beautiful and strong for lifetimes. We often see rugs that have been in a family for 3 or 4 generations and are still in use, still beautiful, and ever increasing in value. Machine made rugs do not offer the same level of longevity and perseverance, but can offer a good alternative on a smaller budget.
