Matt Gabel - Owner
Matt worked at Serafian's years before his father Joe purchased the business. He is Serafian's longest standing employee with over 30 years of experience under his belt. He has now purchased Serafian's allowing Joe to retire. Currently, he runs the retail side of the operation helping customers find the perfect rug for their home or office.
Brian Benzel - Wash Manager
Brian is not only the most experienced wash technician at Serafian's, but arguably one of the most experienced wash technicians in the country. With hundreds of hours of certified training, thousands of hours of hands on experience, and countless rugs washed under his supervision, Brian runs an efficient and effective wash force.
Kevin Reese - Assistant Wash Manager
Kevin has been with Serafian's for a number of years now. He has always been passionate about learning all about rugs learning how to care for them. A great combination of professionalism and knowledge, Kevin has proven to be a highly valuable asset for our team.
Lisa Lorenzo - Repair Technician
It takes a deft hand and focused mind to repair rugs and Lisa has both. From small work to some of our most difficult and complex repairs, she can handle it all. We are fortunate to have her work as a part of our team here at Serafian's.
Rudy Lorenzo - Sales Associate
Rudy is not only Lisa's older brother, but also our newest sales team member. He is constantly learning everything he can about rugs and loves to work with our customers. he has quickly proven to be an excellent employee and easy person to work with.
Meg Novick - Wash Technician / Delivery Crew
Meg is one of our newest team members. She started here at Serafain's late last summer. She has proven to be a valuable addition to our team bringing both an enthusiasm and cool head to the wash operation.
Damian Harris - Wash technician / Delivery Crew
Damian started with us right around the time we hired Meg, in fact the two are fast friends. He is like working with rugs almost as much as he loves listening to music.
GeeDubs - The Most Important Fluffy Boy
Raised here at the rug store, GeeDubs loves all our customers and will greet nearly everyone with puppy kisses and cuddles. Generally here Tuesdays through Fridays, he will take the weekends to visit his "Pop-Pop", Joe Gabel, the former owner of Serafian's. He recently celebrated his third birthday and is looking forward to many more years working in out store front.
